Well right now I’m going through a break up with a girl that was to me the perfect girl. At first i thought it was a good thing that we broke up but now I’m so emotionally broken I don’t know what to do with myself. Everywhere I look i try to think of something other than her but all i can see is her. It haunts me and the depression is stronger everyday. People tell me it will get better but I’m not sure. All I want is to be with her to love her and care for her, but it will never happen. A few days ago i asked her if she would take me back but she told me it wouldn’t work because I’m not a good person which made me feel awful. It made me question if I’m really horrible person. I just feel so alone. I mean i have my family to support me and i love them to death and i have my friends but sometimes i think they just want me to leave them alone which just isolates me even more. Well on the bright side it helps for me to allow my feeling out on this thought so thank you to this site for allowing me to write and thank you to all the readers for taking a moment out of your day to read this I really appreciate it.

    Well, if you think of her, try to think about her bad side. Don’t dwell on her good points. I find this worked for me when I tried to forget a person and stay sane. Also, find something to do so you can distract yourself. The best thing is to try and help someone in need, so you can feel empowered to create and share happiness. Please don’t sit alone and think too much. Please do reach out to spend time with friends / family. If you can talk about your feelings with them, then it’s great. If you can’t or you don’t want to, that’s alright as long as you spend time with them. Trust me, sitting alone and over-thinking are not helpful, so let’s get active, do something interesting, and spend time with others who care! Warm wishes to you, take care.
